La Representación hecha por Eugenio Espejo en nombre de los curas de Riobamba por un informe dado contra ellos por Don Ignacio Barreto que va desde el folio 1 hasta el folio 85. La Demanda hecha en Riobamba por Doña María Chiriboga contra Eugenio Espejo, por haberle injuriado su honor, en esta constan las declaraciones de testigos, y las del padre José del Rosario amo del abuelo de Espejo y sobre su nacimiento, baja calidad y propensión a criticar al gobierno, y ser el autor del papel satírico la Golilla que es contra el Rey, va desde el folio 86 hasta el folio147. También consta la petición de Espejo para viajar a España, sobre su hermano Juan Pablo Espejo y la sentencia del fiscal del Rey; que va desde el folio 149 hasta el 201
