Indicando la recepción del decreto en que el poder ejecutivo reconoce que el 2 de enero de 1825 es el Día de la Soberanía de la República. 2. Comunicando sobre la recepción de 90 novillos que serán colocados en los potreros del Cristal. 3. Indicando que se publicarán en Girón el decreto que concede honores y recompensa a los vencedores de Junín y Ayacucho. 4. Comunicando que en el juzgado de Girón no existe causa criminal alguna.
