1) Informándole que su última correspondencia recibida se publicó en "El Porvenir", y le sugiere que reúna todas esas correspondencias para publicarlas en un tomo dando a conocer sobre los estragos que causa el radicalismo en el Ecuador.
2) Le participa además sobre la dificultad económica que ha tenido con la publicación de su obra "La Educación" y la incomodidad de vivir en lugares de altura por su afección cardíaca.
3) Comentando sobre el empeño de algunos conservadores en provocar luchas sangrientas, que no hacen más que afirmar el radicalismo en el poder, y que el candidato oficial es el General Plaza y no Franco.
4) Le participa su "contento" de que R. Espinosa sea miembro del Comité Franquista de Cuenca, y sobre el daño que causan las últimas publicaciones de González Suárez, resquebrajando al movimiento. Le comenta con aflicción que el Congreso, derogó la consagración de nuestra República a los Sagrados Corazones de Jesús y María.
