Comunicación: 1.- Informando el estado de la causa de desfalco presentada por el Gobernador en contra del Administrador de tabacos, fija el plazo para su presentación. 2.- El Administrador de Tabacos Ignacio Rendón apela indicando que se debe a retaliación y pide se le cambie de juez y se le conceda mayor plazo. 3.- El Gobernador comunica lo dispuesto por el Fiscal y el Regente y realiza las diligencias necesarias para el caso.
