Petición: 1.- Plantea la necesidad de mantener las medidas anteriores y no las últimas adoptadas respecto de presentar informe de los presos a todas las autoridades, porque ocasionaría una traba en el desenvolvimiento de la justicia, pide continuar informando solo al Gobernador. 2.- El fiscal de su Majestad analiza el caso y toma una resolución disponiendo que al ser los Alcaldes Ordinarios subordinados del Gobernador deberían informar únicamente a este. 3.- El Presidente afirma la resolución del Fiscal y lo comunica.
